Extrusion and Forging Equipment

As a manufacturing base of forging equipment of the most complete range in China, TZ mainly focuses on manufacturing of extrusion press, hydraulic forging press, hydraulic punching press, and hydraulic presses of other types, among which, the extrusion press and hydraulic forging press are globally advanced and have been exported to overseas countries including USA, Canada, South Korea, Pakistan, Burma, Qatar and Vietnam.

There are extrusion presses for aluminum, copper/brass, steel, magnesium and carbon electrode, among which, the aluminum extrusion press ranges from 20 MN -360MN, applicable to extruding, aluminum alloy profiles, bars, and tubes. Large and medium extrusion presses share over 80% domestic market.

There are several types of Hydraulic forging press, such as open die water hydraulic forging press, high-speed open die oil hydraulic forging press, close die forging press and train wheel hydraulic press, ranging from 31.5MN-350MN.
