High-End Hydraulics Park

Adhering to the development strategy of manufacturing high-end and complete equipment with world’s leading manufacturing capability, TZ invested RMB 2 billion in establishing an independent manufacturing base of high-performance hydraulic products.

So far, the base has established buildings for hydraulic systems, hydraulic valves, piston pump and castings and supporting facilities, covering an area of over 150000m^². The base has introduced global-leading Switzerland Mikron multi-way valve processing line, German HWS, Italian SAVLLY full-automation static-pressure moulding and casting line and production line of( plunger)piston pump body, pump cover, swash plate and piston shoes composed of DMG high-precision CNC, German Mikron 5-axis flexible machining unit, multiway valve production line, intelligent processing and production line of hydraulic system integrated package and over 300 sets of precise test apparatus.

The base is capable of producing 4000000 high-performance hydraulic components, 50000 units equipped with high-performance hydraulic system with independent intellectual property and 20000t high-precision hydraulic castings annually.
