New Energy Industry Base

TZ, following the guideline of Made in China 2025, invested RMB 2 billion to establish an intelligent plant of key components of wind power generation unit in the demonstrative region of comprehensive reform of Shanxi Province in 2015, including wind power equipment R&D, core components manufacturing, machine assembling and test bases. Investment of the 1^stphase accounts for RMB 1.37 billion, including intelligent production and assembling lines of frame, spindle, speed increaser and electrical system; equipment for core process, FMS and intelligent warehousing and logistics facilities have been purchased for the park; PLM, ERP and MES information systems have been adopted to build a global-leading green intelligent plant.

The 1^st phase of the project will be finished and put into production in 2018. By then, annual output of wind power generation equipment will be 500 units. Operation of new energy industry will speed up the development of wind power generation equipment towards diversified, standardized and large-scale mode.
