Tracked transport vehicles are used for the regular transfer and relocation of large-scale projects such as semi-mobile crushing stations, tape head stations, and quarrying substations in open-pit mines. An inclinometer is arranged on the tracked vehicle to display the inclination of the support platform at any time. When the tracked vehicle is transported on the ramp, the upper platform can be adjusted in time to keep it within the prescribed horizontal range to ensure that the center of gravity of the transported object is within a safe range.
“TZ”series crawler transporter, dedicated to open-pit mines, is used for the regular transfer and relocation of large-scale projects such as semi-mobile crushing stations, tape head stations and quarry substations.
There is a centralized lubrication system on the crawler transporter to provide lubricating oil for each transmission part.
The walking speed has three gears: low-speed heavy-duty, medium-speed, and high-speed light-load. The driver can choose according to the working conditions.
There are two handles on the driver's seat to control the walking of the two tracks. The two tracks walk at different speeds, which can realize the turning action.
