2000-12000t/h double-roller self-moving crushing station

The self-moving crushing station system is a super heavy-duty open-pit coal mine crushing equipment developed by our company. The system is used for the crushing of peels and gross coal from open-pit coal mines above 10 million tons. The double-roller self-moving crushing station is suitable for the process of single-bucket excavator-self-moving crusher+integrated connecting bridge+cable funnel truck-belt conveyor. Without the need for temporary support, the material can be accepted directly from the hydraulic shovel excavators or electric shovel excavators, and the overall free movement can be achieved, with better material receiving stability and mobility flexibility.

Adopt intelligent control and real-time monitoring

The whole machine adopts energy management technology. 3D position and attitude monitoring technology of the whole machine based on GPS, position sensors, angle sensors and laser scanning sensors to achieve automatic alignment of the discharge belt machine with the free reproduction point of the cable funnel workshop. Real-time monitoring to achieve fault alarm and self-diagnosis.

The inverter and control system use ABB or Siemens products; the reducer, coupling and brake are all purchased from world-class supporting equipment manufacturers; the bearing made of SKF, FAG or TIMKEN brands, all imported original products.
