Gantry crane of hydropower station

Gantry crane is a bridge crane whose bridge is supported on the ground track through legs on both sides. Structurally, it consists of portal frame, trolley running mechanism, lifting trolley and electrical parts. There are more than 100 hydropower stations in China, and the representative products are: 350t gantry crane at Sanmenxia Hydropower Station, 500t bi-directional gantry crane at Longyangxia Hydropower Station, and five 500t gantry cranes at the top of Three Gorges Hydropower Station.

  • Application

    The gantry crane of hydropower station is mainly used for lifting and opening and closing the gate, and can also be installation, with a low lifting speed of 1 ~ 5m/min. Although the gantry crane of hydropower station is not often hoisted, once it is used, the work is heavy and the safety requirements are high, which requires a higher working level.

Features

Our company has produced hundreds of large-scale gantry cranes on dam crests, and the products are distributed in more than 100 hydropower stations at home and abroad. The 350t gantry crane of Sanmenxia Hydropower Station is one of the first large-scale gantry cranes on dam crest in New China. It is used more than 400 times a year on average, often overloaded, and the maximum lifting load exceeds 540t. Since it was put into service in 1961, the equipment has been running well. The 500t bi-directional gantry crane of Longyangxia Hydropower Station is one of the largest multi-center arc-track gantry cranes in China, which has successfully withstood the severe test of high altitude, high cold and extraordinary flood peak, and is running well. On the crest of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, five 500t gantry cranes stand.
