Plate leveler

We have designed and manufactured 500 odd plate levelers with 5 rolls to 23 rolls. 17-roll plate leveler was granted with the National Quality Gold Award. Our levelers are widely used in the fields such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, aerospace, and equipment manufacturing etc. The 7-roll, 9-roll, and 11-roll fully hydraulic levelers developed by ourselves are capable of leveling the plates with the thickness upto 100mm and the width upto 5500mm. Our levelers feature high automation level.

  • Application

    The 5-roll pre-levelers for medium thick plate and wide thick plate are capable of leveling low alloy high-strength plates, high-strength plates for construction machinery,and high-quality carbon structural plates with the thickness of 6-60mm. Awards

The 17-roll and 21-roll plate levelers were granted respectively with the Gold Award and Silver Award of National Quality. The 9-roll plate levelers were the third prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. 5000mm wide and thick plate roll type fully hydraulic series plate levelers were granted with the second prize of  Science and Technology Progress in Shanxi Province.
