The lifting capacity of the charging cranes produced by TZCO varies from 20t+20t to 100t+100t. The iconic products are the first move of 100+100t, Angang 75+75t, WISCO 70+70t, Baosteel 65+65t, Tiantie 65+65t, Jigang 350+50t, etc., which are divided into two kinds of cranes: double trolleys and single trolley. The charging crane is a crane that adds scrap steel and other auxiliary materials (cold materials) to the converter or electric furnace in the steelmaking workshop, and its rated working load is the sum of the weight of the lifting material bucket and the contained materials.
In the process of converter steelmaking, a material box crane is arranged, which is mainly used for adding cold materials. Electric furnace charging crane is mainly used to add scrap steel to electric furnace. The main difference from casting crane is that the main lifting mechanism can not consider the working condition of single machine.
The charging crane is equipped with a high-precision metering device at the interface to ensure the accuracy of charging metering. Considering the characteristics of high working level, redundancy is considered in the aspects of metal structure and fatigue calculation.
Double-girder and double-trolley model, the main beam has balanced stress and flexible feeding. Two lifting mechanisms are arranged on different trolleys, and the lifting and running mechanisms of the two trolleys can be linked or single-acted.
Double-beam single-trolley model has the advantages of light weight, small overall size and flexible feeding. Two lifting mechanisms are arranged on the same trolley, and the trolley runs on the tracks of two main beams.
The main structural forms of the charging crane are: double-beam single trolley and double-beam double trolley. We can also design, develop, manufacture, install and debug specific charging cranes according to users' needs.
