Nuclear Castings

The nuclear castings mainly includes the castings used for conventional island of nuclear power station, for instance, suction bell mouth and impeller chamber. TYHI has manufactured the products for Hunan XEMG Changsha Pump Works Co., Ltd., relying on CAP1400 Circulating Water Pump Project – Presurized Water Reactor Demonstration Project launched by SNPTC.

  • Application

    The bell mouth and impeller chamber are the parts of CAP1400 Circulating Water Pump for Presurized Water Reactor Demonstration Project launched by SNPTC. The material grade  used is duplex stainless steel CD3MN. The quality can be guaranteed since the quality of the product is controlled strictly in accordance with nuclear grade product quality system.

TYHI has manufactured 8 sets of bell mouth and impeller chamber for Hunan XEMG Changsha Pump Works Co., Ltd., relying on CAP1400 Circulating Water Pump Project – Presurized Water Reactor Demonstration Project launched by SNPTC.

Certificates

For castings, TYHI has obtained the works approval of CCS (China classification society), LR (Lloyd's Register of Shipping - UK), DNV (Det Norske Veritas - Norway), GL (Germanischer Lloyd - Germany), ABS (American Bureau of Shipping- the USA), BV (Bureau Veritas - France) and KR (Korean Register of Shipping - Korea).
